Natural Eating is a process of eating. It is all about HOW you eat, not WHAT you eat. You simply learn to listen to your body rather than eating out of habit.

Will I Have To Weigh Myself Regularly?
No, definitely not. Scales are just a negative tool of dieting. Natural Eating allows you to lose the weight naturally without worrying. You will know by the fit of your clothes when you begin to lose weight.

Will I have To Exercise?
Not necessarily. I encourage exercise because it makes us feel good, but not to lose weight. If people have to exercise to lose weight they are simply eating too much food at one time.

How Quckly Will I lose Weight
Natural Eating is a positive gradual process. Weight loss is generally slow but permanent. Results are unique for each individual based on their issues.

I offer 2 courses as follows:

3 session Natural Eating course, designed for:
- people who want to improve their health by learning to eat in a positive and empowering way.
- or people who may have had a change in circumstances which has caused them to eat for comfort.
- or people with short term issues with food or weight loss.

8 session Natural Eating and Personal Development course, designed for:
- people with long term/life-long issues with food or weightloss.

Why Do You Include Personal Development?
The 8 session course is designed for people with long term issues with food or weight loss. Often we just lack confidence or self-esteem. Personal development enables us to improve ourselves in a positive and empowering way.

How Much Do The Courses Cost?
Courses are priced as follows:

3 session course, NZD240

8 session course, NZD480
-
12 session course, NZD720
-
Casual or Follow up sessions are NZD$80 per hour
Discounts:

10% discount on the 8 and 12 session courses if paid in full prior to commencement of course.

$50 discount each for couples attending a course together. (The pre-payment discount will not apply).

$100 discount each for participants attending in a group of 4. (The pre-payment discount will not apply).

How Do I Pay For A Course?
If you undertake a course by phone or SKYPE you will be invoiced by PAYPAL on registration. The course will commence on receipt of full payment.
For Wellington locals attending in person, full payment can be made by internet banking prior to commencement of the course. Payment will be accepted by automatic payment but must be paid in full by completion of the course.
Payment for follow up consultations are to be made on the day by cheque, cash or internet banking.

I currently speak in the Wellington Area but am happy to travel within New Zealand or Overseas for a negotiated fee.

What Do You Charge For A Presentation?
Presentations in the Wellington area are generally charged at $25 per head for 1 hour, based on a minimum of 10 attendees.
Additonal costs are negotiated for travel and accomodation.
Negotiated discounts are available for non profit organisations and schools.
