This is a short sharp concise course dealing solely in Natural Eating. Discover how to incorporate the 4 principles of "Natural Eating" into your life by applying some key tools, strategies and guidelines. This will result in a quick mindset shift enabling you to replace negative eating habits with positive, empowering life long habits.

Natural Eating is all about HOW you eat, not WHAT you eat, which means you can enjoy all your favourite food while achieving and maintaining a natural and healthy weight. This course is suitable for you if you:

  • Want to learn to eat in a positive and empowering way.
  • Have short term issues with food or weight loss.
  • Have experienced a change in circumstances which has caused you to eat for comfort.

This is a 3 session course with one initial session of 1 1/2 hours followed by two futher  sessions of an hour each. The total course is spread over 3 weeks. It is recommended for people with short term issues who may have got into negative habits over time who simply require a mindset shift.

The course is available for individuals, couples or groups of up to 4 people. I can see clients in my Lower Hutt Office, or I also offer SKYPE or phone consultations/courses throughout New Zealand or anywhere in the world.

The investment for this 3 session Natural Eating course is NZD240.00    NZD204.00   per person and includes a 19 page work book. Follow up or casual sessions are available at NZD80 per 1 hour session. These are recommended for everyone, with the frequency of each session dependent on each individual's needs.

NOURISH YOUR BODY

& NURTURE YOUR MIND

This course combines the 4 principles of "Natural Eating" with some key Personal Development tools, to enable you to change your mindset around food and eating, into positive lifelong habits. It has been developed based on my own experience of suffering from depression, bulimia and binge eating over a 6 year period. Having discovered Natural Eating and incorporating Personal Development into my life, I have been diet/binge free for 16 years.

The course includes a 38 page workbook and is run over 8 weeks, being a one hour session, once a week. At each session you learn a new step, put it into practice throughout the week and discuss it at the next session. Each section of the work-book has actions steps to complete and a comprehensive checklist at the end of the book. This ensures you are taking action and putting your learning into practice easily and effortlessly. It is recommended for people with long term/life long issues with food or weightloss. The Personal Development section of the course helps to improve your confidence and self-esteem to ensure you can implement Natural Eating into your life permanently.

The first 8 sessions are 1 hour, once a week over 8 consecutive weeks. At each session you learn a new step, put it into practice throughout the week and discuss it at the next session. Each section of the work-book has actions steps to complete and a comprehensive checklist at the end of the book. This ensures you are taking action and putting your learning into practice easily and effortlessly. The last 4 sessions are designed as follow up sessions, scheduled at the concusion of the course, dependent on your own needs. These ensure you receive the encouragement and support required once the course concludes.
