I just wanted to write on behalf of Rob and I how much we have benefitted from doing the course. We have both really enjoyed it and gained so much insight into the way we were eating in the past to the way we are eating now through listening to our bodies. Food is tasting different, the junk food tastes awful and as a reformed chocoholic the savouring taste of chocolate now means that a block can last for two weeks rather than a mere night like in the days gone by. Its like wine tasting I would guess really tasting the flavours before drinking it rather than drinking it like a shot glass of something then thinking oh its all gone. No longer are we like Gollum in Lord of the Rings in treating food like its our precious and bingeing on it. We have even planted our own veggie garden to really appreciate the food even more and yet on a personal growth scale use it as a great place to go and meditate in the garden and chill out. People are commenting on how well we look and how Rob no longer looks grey. Thank you for helping us to channel our lives back. Each day we are thankful for the blessing of meeting you and the encouragement and guidance that you gave us in what has been really simple to do. It hasn’t needed surgery or a band or even some crazy diet where you can only eat certain foods or certain weights.It is eating naturally listening to our bodies.

Catrina's Natural Eating and Personal Development course, is like no other programme I have experienced. It is quite refreshing to be told to throw away the scales and eat whatever you like. We recently completed Catrina's Nourish ‘N Nurture course as a team and I was very pleased with the outcome.
Catrina presented the course professionally each week and was flexible when other commitments meant we had to reschedule one or two of the meetings.
At each session, there was good discussion around the room – conversation flowed easily, as Catrina facilitated the meeting.
I was particularly pleased with the personal development content of the course, because Catrina’s programme doesn’t skate over the surface as so many other programmes do. Each attendee (myself included) was able to examine past beliefs and habits that impact on our current wellness and eating habits. I was pleased to see the programme did not just focus on reducing weight – it was focussed on the goals of each individual and held each accountable.

In October 2009 I became aware of Catrina Bengree's e-book "How to lose weight naturally without dieting". Immediately the "without dieting" appealed to me as previous attempts to lose weight through weight loss programmes had resulted in my weight increasing after the programme had finished. I embarked on Catrina's course on a one on one basis and I am now confident that my gradual weight loss will be permanent. I am NOT DIETING. I eat what I like. I would just like to say thanks again for the course in natural eating. Both Graeme and myself enjoyed it. Thank you Catrina for developing this e-workbook. I am feeling so much better about myself and positive towards my recovery from my eating problems. Before I started the book, I was lost in a hopeless cycle of failure and focused on my weight, eating, and feeling bad about myself. I was stuck in a rut of losing and then gaining back the same weight and depressed. This program has helped take the focus OFF the food, and onto who I really am aside from my eating struggles!! It is helping me become more positive about myself, feel more connected socially, and become the healthy vibrant person I knew I was deep inside. I have a long way to go, but I am so much more hopeful now and my weight is reducing and more stable as I am learning to become more balanced in all aspects of my life. Before doing the eight-week course Natural Eating, I was constantly battling with myself about my eating habits and the way my body looked. I was quite negative and more often than not I started my day thinking of what I wasn’t going to eat and how I was going to be healthy. After completing the course I now don’t even think about food. I eat what I feel like at the time, listen to body and stop eating once I have had enough. I no longer battle with food and have a much healthier outlook about food and naturally I feel great about myself. Catrina has helped me stop torturing myself and given me the tools and confidence to carry on with my day to day life without the self torture. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is always using their energy in a negative way about food/eating habits. This course has been life changing for myself.

I started Catrina's Natural Eating Course not to lose weight but to maintain a healthy weight throughout Winter and Summer, knowing that my clothes would always fit no matter what.
Now that I have completed Catrina’s 8 week course she has changed my life. I now feel confident with the amount of food I eat and what I actually eat knowing I will never gain weight and that I don’t have to go to the gym 6 times a week to maintain my weight. This is just such an amazing feeling. I want everyone to know about Catrina and her Natural Eating Course as it could change other people’s lives also. She is an amazing lady.

I didn't really do this programme to lose weight, although what female would say no to losing some weight. I thought I was doing this programme for myself, to gain better eating habits, and to be fair I did gain a lot out of it. But the ones who have gained the most from this programme have been my children. Dinner- time was a nightmare in my house, where I was constantly making threats, bribes or just getting frustrated. I knew I had been raised with negative associations with food surrounding waste but I didn’t think that I was in turn passing them on to my children. It is a daunting feeling when you hear your parents in your voice….
Now Dinner-time is a lot easier. I am more relaxed and my children sense that. To outsiders it may look like my children are running the show but we know better. I believe I am now instilling great habits surrounding food for both me and my children. If that is not enough I have also lost weight, thanks!

Catrina's 'How to lose weight naturally without dieting' course, taught me some great eating habits. I learnt to think differently about the way I eat, and the reasons I eat when I do. I learnt to ask myself questions about eating, and came away with some great strategies on how to change unhealthy eating habits. I have always been interested in eating in a positive and natural way. Catrina explained Natural Eating in simple terms and backed it up with easy to understand examples. I was able to implement the content of the 3 session Natural Eating Course very easily in my every day life. After 20 years of dieting - I decided "enough was enough" - it just wasn't working. I picked up Catrina's business card from my Physiotherapy Clinic and decided to give "Eating Naturally" a go. After 8 weeks I certainly feel that we are on the right track. My husband commented that its great to have all the food back in the cupboard and has particularly noticed my positive attitude - not only toward food but to all sorts of other things that impact on our daily life. I am looking forward to the natural progression of weight loss in it's own time without having to think about all the food that I supposedly shouldn't have.

Catrina's Natural Eating Course was an amazing journey of self-realisation. Catrina really connected with me in such a way that made me stop and think about how I was eating, and how my family was eating. Like many people I have at times struggled with my weight and especially food. I found that while the majority of the food I consumed was considered "okay" the sheer volume of it was not. I really wasn’t listening to what my body was saying.
As part of the course Catrina took me through the benefits of natural eating and I found that what she said ticked all the right boxes. Catrina's gentle questioning and nudging made her excellent at pin pointing the areas of issue that I had.
After the completion of the course I realised amongst other things that I was in control of my body and while that may sound a little clichéd I really believe it now. I have now come to understand my body much better and have an eating pattern, of very tasty food, that enables me to function particularly well. The added bonus of implementing natural eating into my lifestyle has been weight loss which combined with a little exercise has meant I look and more importantly feel better.

"Before natural eating I would count calories and unconsciously eat junk food while watching TV. At the time I would convince myself that it was ok because I had exercised that day. However I would then feel guilty and consequently the next morning I would exercise again. Emotional highs and lows would cause me to eat out of control, so I was on a constant cycle of negativity which I wasn't facing.
The content of Catrina's "Natural Eating Now" course, was simple yet effective. It has enabled the transition to "Natural Eating" to be very fluid and easily adapted to everyday life. The reading material makes for easy reference and the ability to keep myself in check. Catrina's skill as a Natural Eating Consultant is excellent. She has a personable, welcoming nature that allowed me to confide and share my experiences with her.
